I'm guessing you're either incredibly lazy (like me), unmotivated, or maybe even depressed. I'm here to give you a quick guide to make your life easier so you don't have to stress or cut corners.
I'll make this quick because I know that's what you need.
1. Try to shower as much as possible. If you really can't bring yourself to shower, use dry shampoo. It smells great and soaks up the oils in your hair so you don't look like a greaseball. Use baby wipes to remove makeup, wash your face, and take sponge baths. They smell great and are good for sensitive skin because they are made for babies (obviously). Now you will feel slightly better and won't smell like a skunk.
If you have the motivation to bathe (preferred lazy girl method) or shower, great! I'm proud of you! Use a crapload conditioner to comb thru your hair and get out all the knots so you don't have to brush your hair when you get out. Yes, I'm assuming you're this lazy. We all have those days.
When you get out of the shower/bath, your hair should be conditioned and slick enough to where it's super-easy to braid. Not only will this be a nice, easy hairstyle, you can go to bed with this so you don't get bedhead when you're tossing and turning. You can leave it in for the next day or take it out to get soft, beach waves. You basically styled your hair with no effort at all. Neat.
2. Use tinted moisturizer. Even if you have acne, everyone should be using some kind of moisturizer on the face and preferably the legs and arms. The tinted part of it will also help conceal certain flaws, like dark circles. Use tinted lip balm or lip butter to add color to your lips to make you look healthy and hydrated.
3. Speaking of hydration, eat food that will hydrate you if you're too lazy to try to drink the recommended amount. Eat lots of fruit and salads (super easy to make) and even make a meal out of fruit by making a smoothie: the ultimate lazy-girl quick-and easy meal. You'll feel so healthy you might even get motivation to exercise! Maybe.
*Try not to buy things like individual ingredients or stuff that goes bad quickly unless you're positive you're gonna use it. We both know you might end up throwing away some of it because it went bad. And that's pretty sucky. Proceed with caution!
I hope this helps you. It works for me. Try not to stay in bed too much (bedsores!!) and try to love and take care of yourself. A little at a time. You can do it! Be the best lazy girl you can be!
